Nice coworkers. Made some good friends here.

Cons

Running the company into the ground. Extremely poorly managed portfolio. Family run Ponzi scheme. A miniature Bernie Madoff situation. Taking investors capital and doing whatever they want with it. Lying about returns and investments etc. The owner is a scam artist and knows absolutely nothing about real estate.
