      In my two-plus years at RDC, the opportunity continues to get better. A thought of continuous improvement for the customers and the employees is front of mind for all leadership. A very fun and exciting organization to be a part of.

      Transparency from the top down, exciting goals in the next 2-3 quarters, established organization that has been in business for over 70 years. Best kept secret in the Austin area.

      Cons

      Change after decades is challenging with new roles being created and new ways that we are thinking about our business. But every employee is excited by this challenge and what our future holds.
