The people I work with and that includes the owners!!! I have been with RDL for 9 plus years and my plan is to stay until I retire. During my time at RDL I've seen 2 great people retire from RDL and I miss them, and still, most of my current co- workers have been with RDL from 5 to 23 years. RDL promotes from within and the owners and management are professional, friendly and really do care about us. I feel like we are a family. The owners stood by me and others I work with during challenges times in our personal lives. WE DO MATTER to them! I see smiling faces and that includes me!!! In this time of COVID (we're essential business) our culture is to continue to take care of each other with the preventive practices we have in place by the owners and management. During my time with RDL I've seen employee come and go and I'm glad. Simply put... I'm dedicated and very proud to work at RDL.

Professional, Organized, Clean, Great Company Morale, Compassionate, Personable & Friendly. I have had a few positions in my Working Career. My most recent prior to this position truly made me lose faith in working for a good and professional company; Until I began working at Radio Design Labs (RDL). I am very grateful to have been considered for a position with this company, let alone had the position offered to me. I have been here for about 1 year now and I love my job. All employees around me are happy and more than not, have been here for many years. That alone I believe says a lot about RDL. I am always happy to come into work and happy to do anything that they may need from me. Even my friends and family have mentioned that they like to see me happy when I get home from work, unlike my last job. Its refreshing to work for a company that truly cares for their employees.
