      PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING

      Colleagues are nice (excluding the bosses)

      Cons

      To all the future candidates applying for this company better think twice before joining. They expect u to learn everything within less than a month, full of OTs, cant even have a proper lunch break(most of the time u will be eating in front of ur monitor while doing ur work at the same time). Full of office politics and fake messages to the ones that are applying. For the good reviews out there nice try tho. There is even a HR replying to all these comments(must be instructed)

      Dear Ex-Employee, Thank you for the feedback and concern. Do take note that OT was never encouraged. This message has always been reemphasized here. Time management is the key, and is the responsibility of our employees. We do not micromanage our employees. They are free to take their lunch in or out of the office, but due to Covid-19 Situation, they are subjected to safe distancing measures. Employees are free to leave with proper handover as we expect win-win situation for both employee and the company. Employees are encouraged to speak up to their direct reporting superior whenever they encounter any issue, even if it is in regards to their superior. HR Department will always be there for employees. We have always and will continue to work on improvements and we always appreciate staff who stick with us and improve together with us.       This is a scam

      Pros

      The good reviews are probably created by themselves. This is a family run SME, staffs are forced to continue working for them as there is a huge sum to be paid back should they break their contract, I have spoken with malaysian colleagues who are unhappy there, but could not afford to pay the sum for breaking the contract.

      Cons

      You will be under CCTV surveillance at all times, if u just turn and chat with your colleague briefly, the lady boss will call up and ask you to go do work. They keep even the toilet paper under lock and key. They will find all excuses to cut your pay and make you work longer hours. I felt I have to share this to save others from this plight.

      Pros

      Good colleagues. Upper management has very clear plans for the company. The 7-storey building is well protected with CCTV, your safety is their top priority. The Bosses even review the CCTV personally to ensure the functionality and efficiency of all CCTV.

      Cons

      Bad culture. Career progression not by merit but by playing “politics”. If you happen to be in the “bad book”, be prepared to have a hard time with transfers or weird administrative task being given to you that is not part of your job scope. High turnover rate. Seen 5 HR manager over my 2 years of employment. Poor benefits. 5.5 work week.

The actual situation on site might not be what you perceived it to be as we have certain set of agreement for every position offered in our company, for example that we might have admin manager who come in on part time basis who worked very closely with HR who are often perceived to be HRM. These set of agreement are in place to ensure that both employee and employers are in the win-win situation.
