Opportunity to learn how to survive in a completely unstructured environment.

Cons

No proper incentive or commission plan. Promises are made but not followed. CEO conducts daily 1-hour meetings in the morning and evening with no clear goals or sales topics. No CRM system — everything is managed through hundreds of Excel sheets created daily. No defined product or service to sell, making sales nearly impossible. The CEO has absolutely no understanding of sales yet constantly interferes, publicly yells at employees like it’s a power show, creates a toxic and high-stress environment with zero respect for the team, wastes investors funds on pointless US trips and useless events that bring no real results, and then blames employees for failures caused entirely by his own poor leadership and lack of direction.

Cons

Management often uses inappropriate and unprofessional language; raised voices and shouting are not uncommon. There is little to no room for discussion or independent thinking — employees are expected to agree without question. Lack of clarity in team direction, with poor communication and alignment across the team.
