      Pros

      Great company, they advertise 50k a year and I made 78k. I came to this job with no money to my name and they gave me a opportunity when nobody else would. They changed my whole life around. If you want to be treated like a person this is the place to be. They'll work with you on everything. They want you to be as successful and happy as possible. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

      Cons

      I haven't really had anything to complain about. There are overnight runs occasionally but you have to do what you have to do sometimes and just power through it.

      Good Company, if New to Truck Driving

      Free CDL Classes, no contract agreement to work for them Get hired by Raider after completing your Free CDL class and get experience OTR Regional Routes or Texas Routes All Automatic Trucks Get Home Time when requested .36 cpm starting pay, plus per diem pay, plus mileage bonus Elog/GPS

      Cons

      Company to cheap Not all tolls paid You have to report Detention and Layover thru email or else you won't get paid Dispatch a little disorganized and short handed Sometimes have to send several messages or call serveral times to get a reponse Trucks don't have APU’S so you loose your bonus miles when you idle your truck to turn on the AC during Hot Summer Days Not enough terminal yards close to home GPS not loaded with authorized company routes, you have to map it out No Refrigerator The Company Trucks are old with High Mileage, some dont run good to earn the milage bonus

      Pros

      They are a bunch of crooks. They decided not to pay me for previous weeks work because they wanted to make sure I would show up to work. Then when I decided to quit because they were being shady and not wanting to pay me, they took 2 weeks worth of pay. Only good thing out of this place is getting your cdl Run after getting it. I had 18 people in my class. Only 2 are left because everyone quit. This was 3 months ago we started. It's that bad. Why do you think they are always recruiting? Because they can't keep employees. Plus their logs are illegal. I'm getting them looked into by a few agencies and possible lawyers.

      Everything. Bad pay, bad bosses, bad dispatchers.
