Related to your comments, we have an open-door policy throughout our organization that includes Human Resources, every manager & executive and our President. Employees are encouraged to speak openly and freely, so that we can work together to resolve issues. We also actively work to solicit employee feedback through pulse meetings, employee focus groups and stay interviews.
