Pros

I received a paycheck for a season. Other than that, I suppose the 12 days off per year were good.

Cons

Without a doubt this was the most horrific place of employment I've had the displeasure of working for! You'll certainly see "rave reviews" on social media sites and the likes, but know that they hire people to anonymously write the reviews in order to maintain their image! This is a place filled with hypocritical managers who lie on a continuous basis! Furthermore, there's extremely high turnover; people are fired constantly. Yet if you like micromanagement, then you will do fine, that is until they get through using you and put you out without warning! Training? Ha! You are cut loose from day one on your own! Training is by the seat of your pants - managers can't teach you because even they do not have a clue. The place is a nightmare, a real mess. Your employment there is a ticking time bomb! You've been warned!

Pros

The only pros I can think of is that employees get to take 12 holidays a year.

Cons

There are several cons to working for this company. Management is a complete mess. Each department has several managers who cant agtee on anything. What they want you to so one week, ia the exact opposite of what theyll want you to do the next. Micromanaging is also a HUGE problem with this company. Managers have no idea how to do the job they're managing you to do. Sadly that doesn't stop them from thinking they know everything. This company is constantly firing people and has high turnover. If you get hired by Randall-Reilly, keep applying elsewhere. You'll be lucky to have your job more than six months.

Pros

CEO has good values, vision. In general, the management is good, and the company is doing well financially.

Cons

You will get paid for 38 hours a week and often work 50, depending on your role. They have a bad manager with textbook narcissistic traits, and the upshot is that this manager, who is in a key role, will pick favorites and scapegoats and prevent underlings from outshining this person. There’s a high turnover in this manager’s small department, with this person firing several people in the last several years or causing others to leave. This longtime manager is organized and persuasive, and the company’s top leaders apparently do not realize what’s up with this manager as far as micromanaging and sabotaging employees out of professional jealousy.
