      Pros

      Good work environment, and very family oriented. Good PTO and Time-off policies

      Cons

      - Upper management has no idea how to even begin to do there job, they don't even know there own Product! - All of there products are dated, the company is stuck 15-20 years back in Technology. - Pay is not competitive. -Company likes to do wide spread layoffs to employees when the issues are strictly related to the Sales Department and Management. - Lots of Micro Management and Heavy Policy Standards for Development.

      Pros

      The staff who remain are kind people but most of the top-level talent has left for higher ground. There is a ping-table but they don't really like you using it. "Celebrations" are outdoor catered lunches held quarterly and are "wink-wink" voluntary.

      Cons

      One executive drives managers and staff insane. She makes uninformed decisions, often makes borderline racist comments, and berates staff for imagined transgressions. Top level talent has departed and a large part of it is due to her antics. The product pipeline is empty. Read Machiavelli before you even think about becoming management because merit has nothing to do with.

      Pros

      Decent work environment, family-oriented vibe is encouraged. Seasonal company-provided lunches/celebrations. There is a lot of great potential for products, and lots of work to be done. Good PTO/Time-off policies.

      Cons

      Upper management has trouble allowing the professionals to do the jobs they are professed in / hired for; for example, owner will not budge on design ideas when entire design committee is against an idea. Pay in not competitive at all. Products are very dated. Very political environment with management, often times favoritism is displayed.
