Pros
you will get the experience of working in production or QC, will get training for the IPC 620-B but they don't certificate anyone. you can leave early or miss days only if u are good and close to your supervisor.
Cons
There is no appreciation or any kind of recognition towards your work if u r working hard. most people there are pretending they are working to pass the 8 hrs when it's slow. no raises , the wages are so low and bad. No growth opportunity . people get benefits when they get close to the management staff
