      Great Local Team. Bad Macros over recent years

      Pros

      Great Local Team. It's where I group up the ranks and had the chance to work with a bunch of great people. Great Manager and Skip Manager. Quite Accomodating and Led the team to several great projects. Worked on a latest tech stack

      Cons

      Last 4 years has been painful to put it mildly. The scars of August 2023 RIF is still felt among teams, who are still understaffed and living under fear if they're next, with company's continuing underperformance. Add to that, the exodus of Senior Executives over the past year hasn't been morale endusing either. Still rooting for the company to suceed, but its feeling more like its going to either be Merged or Acquired if this trend holds for 1-2 more years
