Food Restrictions: Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited in the office. Fixed Lunch Break: Strictly from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Toxic Work Environment: Office politics is at its peak, creating a hostile atmosphere. -Unprofessional Leadership: Managers and heads exhibit inappropriate behavior, especially towards female employees. Lack of HR Policies: No effective POSH policies in place to address workplace misconduct. No Flexibility: Leave approvals are rare, and work-from-home is not an option. Mental Exhaustion: The extreme workload and rigid policies lead to severe burnout.
