      Pros

      I’ve seen RateHawk grow rapidly over the years, and the product keeps getting stronger with amazing inventory and smart tech tools. The team is supportive, international, and always ready to help each other succeed.

      Cons

      The pace is very fast, so you need to stay flexible and adapt quickly to changes. As we scale globally, some processes are still being refined.

      Good place to work, not great but very good

      Pros

      I have been part of the Sales team for over a year now. At first, I was a bit lost, although, there was bit of guidance it was not the best, I now put that to tha fact that there were a few of us starting at the same time (not an excuse) but had an effect. Team Leads are very flexible as longs as you show you are doing your job and delivering on your KPIs they are happy for you to come and go as you please. they live and breathe the "be your own CEO" value! Targets have been reviewed and although they are tough to get, they are also more realistic and focused on value. The team is great, all happy to help and so far I have no complains. the culture is good and the job fits with your life, rather than the other way around. to enjoy such freedom you must perform and put the effort in.

Right now, we are implementing the compensation review process: analyzing market data to establish salary ranges, assessing pay equity, and conduct performance reviews. All of these steps are aimed at managing our teams' salaries. If you have any ideas on how to improve the communication from the country head and local teams meetings structure, please share them with your team, manager, the HRs or address in straight to the country head. Everyone here really value the feedback from our employees and try to implement any ideas that will impact on building effective workflows and processes.
