The environment can be exhausting and hostile (mostly gossip). The main executives are never there so they don't see the negativity that goes on in the office. They hire the wrong people for management rolls- most of the managers there don't work and have the people below them take on all the tasks (when something goes well they will take the credit away from the team and when something goes wrong the team is blamed and not the manager) nor do they have a clue how to manage a team. Some members of the office take work time for a social gathering vs getting work done. It isn't a completely horrible company- the pros listed above helps out. The company has a lot of drama that is pointless.

Upper level management out of town and too involved with day to day, too concerned with numbers and how educated and important they are. Also quite sexist even for Oklahoma.
