      CEO is going to sink the company

      Pros

      The COO is a food man who gives us some hope.

      Cons

      The CEO is a narcissist who only thinks about himself. He wants himself to win, and does not care about his employees. If allowed to go forward he will personally be the reason the company fails.

      Interesting work, and free to solve many problems.

      Cons

      Very little time or thought to review anything. When solving problems, execs at a higher level override those with years more experience. A few have the ear of executive management and management seems to have no real vision or compass

      Great Company, Exciting changes happening!

      Pros

      -Strong Management has come in. We are getting more work. Won a huge contract. Raydon is growing and it looks like we now have leaders who can plan and manage our projects well. I am really excited. There was a time people weren't held accountable but now they are. When I am working late and hard hours, my manager is right there with me. Not all managers do this. But it's encouraging that mine does.

      Cons

      For a long time people were rewarded for the wrong reasons. People were not held accountable. But like I said, I see changes happening.
