      Great products but very poor local management and generally dissatisfied workforce.

      Pros

      Work hours are ok, and working environment is clean. Good products manufactured and they seem to have a good reputation in their market for technical innovation.

      Cons

      UK Operations centre (OXROC) is like a sweat shop with pay rates just above UK minimum wage. Local management is poor and they seem to have a confrontational attitude towards shop floor employees, stifling any fresh ideas or creativity. There is a huge staff turnover at this level.

      Some nice colleagues and nice temperature inside during the winter.

      Cons

      Everything starting from the salary to team leaders and management. Discrimination and not fair chances for all of us. Some unreal targets.
