Not very organised

Pros

Working hours good 8am to 4pm

Cons

Many, high staff turn over due to incompetent management, customers not happy at all, back office very disorganised no one knows what's going on, if you point out you are going to be penalised. No carrier progression training, no motivation from management.

Pros

Nice team mates. Some staff benefits.

Cons

Too many to list. Managers that don't know what they are doing and only got there because of friendships. No development opportunities or if there are, they are given to favourites. Guidance and policy not followed. Unfairness and bulling is rife. Gaslighting. Over worked and no appreciation for hard work. Didn't use to be like this.
