      Fire fire fire

      Lots of free food and coffee

      Cons

      -They will come in one day and fire you and won’t give a reason. -They’ll never tell you what you’re doing that they don’t like. -ask to speak to other employees there and ask about turnover before taking the job. -don’t take the job assuming they won’t fire you.

      Healthy & Competitive Work Environment

      Pros

      I enjoy coming to work everyday. Everyone is willing to help out and wants you to succeed. It is a very friendly work environment with healthy competition and achievable goals.

      Cons

      Like any property, turn can be hard but after your first year you get the hang of it. All hands on deck is the mentality that is needed, and a full site staff is necessary.

      Pros

      Our management team works hard to recognize those who go above and beyond. The company strives to keep its culture positive while listening to each employee so that we can constantly improve. Little things make the job even better – free snacks and drinks, anniversary gifts, field day events, etc. There is also a lot of availability to move within the company either through promotions or different departments.

      Cons

      We are spread out a bit, but the company works hard to make sure everyone feels included.
