      Real team spirit No big egos - flat hierarchy Very interesting technology and customer applications Big global footprint for a small company

      A feeling that the technology has always been ahead of the market - though with the arrival of the industrial IoT there is reason to believe this is changing

      Fantastic team spirit. People at RTI help out whenever needed. Great training program to help get into the job and very relevant to the day to day work.

      Cons

      Like any global organisation it's difficult to meet face-to-face with team/colleagues on a regular basis. We do have an annual company-wide get together and more focused team weeks although.
