Pros
Very R&D oriented, always seeking the “newest” thing
Cons
- CEO of the company claims to have an engineering background, but doesn’t believe in QA in any sense of the word. Believes that anything that is “well architected” will work without needing testing and refuses to see reason otherwise - Management uses analogies to try to explain how technology functions rather than trying to learn how it actually works - Company has no hierarchy and will not add any so there really isn’t anywhere to grow - Company uses the excuse that “they’re a stepping stone” place to why people leave so early rather than try to fix the overlying issues - Management makes “attempts” to grow and change without putting the effort in to make sure things stay that way - Company is too cheap to hire any actual help and would rather rely on outsourced contracts with very little technical experience so you’ll spend most of your time correcting their mistakes - Management will use excuses to not promote employees because the roles don’t actually exist My biggest regret at this company was thinking I can make anything better, and not leaving when everyone else did. I take the horrors of this place with me and use it to know what to avoid moving forward in my career. My advice to any candidates and current employees, do not let them take you for granted and remember that words mean nothing about any action to prove them.
