*Friendly people, residents can be great *Work is not too difficult * Pretty laid back culture - not too formal

Cons

*Communication can be poor between team members at times * Working every other weekend * Hours can be a bit antisocial at times/ poor work life balance * Salary is not particularly competitive * No commission incentives for sales, no bonus given for selling all flats * Career progression seems limited * No benefits given * Open every day of the week including bank holidays so not always guaranteed to have holidays off
