Pros
My peers and colleagues at the same level were genuinely kind, supportive, and collaborative - great to work with. Good opportunities for ownership of clients Good benefits - work abroad, private medical etc
Cons
Leadership culture was poor, senior staff often set a bad example by not showing up in the office or engaging with the wider team. There was little in learning, training, or professional development. Company socials were very alcohol-focused, which excluded people who didn’t want to drink and often created a cliquey environment.
