      You will learn a lot about CRE because you got to work as a team player on a daily basis

      Cons

      High expectations low pay. In every level and type of relationship, They demand you and expect you to work as a rock 10 years experienced employee and pay you as internet. So, no thank you! Good luck hiring/contracting and most importantly retaining people!
