      Pros

      This company is not afraid of building people up from scratch. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful with any questions. No judgement atmosphere. Do your job well and have innovative thinking and you will reap amazing benefits.

      Cons

      Not the greatest housing benefits compared to other companies, but they still give you a discount.

      Cons

      If you haven’t worked at this company for 10 yrs you will not be compensated or made feel like your work, (even if you go above and beyond) is acknowledged or appreciated. There’s a lot of under handed stuff that goes on that they ignore and the compensation in general is possibly some of the the lowest out here when talking about a management company. Run away fast! It’s like a rat race, you have one position you get paid for but you will be taking on several without compensation
