Compensation is good (it has to be in order to keep people at a place like this).

Cons

A highly aggressive environment where the concept of work life balance does not exist. The lack of experience from the founding team is painfully obvious.

There are nice people within the team but it doesn't make up for incompetent managers who make your job unnecessarily difficult and pointless.

Cons

I would not recommend anyone to work here. Most people on the management staff are inexperienced and unqualified to get a similar position at a top tier organization. If you have limited work experience, and desire to work in an environment where chaos and ineptitude reign, you would fit right in.
