The environment was disorganized and chaotic with little structure or clear direction from Executive leadership team. Communication was inconsistent and expectations constantly changed. Toxic and abusive

Pros

Some really good people. Unfortunately most people are currently looking for new roles.

Cons

Extremely toxic and abusive work environment. Leadership regularly yells, swears, and speaks to employees in a demeaning way. The owner frequently has screaming matches with staff, puts people down in front of others, and creates an atmosphere where employees feel anxious, discouraged, and afraid to speak up. People are often left feeling embarrassed, upset, or defeated after interactions with him. There is no real leadership, only control, and decisions are driven by ego rather than professionalism. The company also appears to be struggling. Clients have been leaving, support is inconsistent, and the constant turnover makes it difficult to maintain quality. When clients leave, employees are often blamed rather than leadership taking responsibility. Based on the current direction, it is hard to see how the company will remain stable long term. The company claims to offer a hybrid schedule, but in practice it is not flexible. Meetings are often scheduled at the last minute and employees are expected to be in person with little or no notice. If a meeting is added on a work-from-home day, people are expected to drop everything and come into the office immediately or risk getting in trouble. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth. Employees are often set up to fail and then blamed when things go wrong. Pay is well below market and advancement is rare. Turnover is extremely high. About half the staff has left in the last six months, with several people leaving in just the past few weeks. Morale is extremely low and many employees seem burned out or checked out. The environment is very unprofessional. Alcohol use during the workday is common and people openly drink in the office. Employees have complained about this multiple times, but nothing changes. HR is not independent, so concerns are not taken seriously and people do not feel safe reporting issues. There are some good people who work here, but the overall culture is unhealthy and not sustainable. I would never recommend working here to anyone I know.
