      Great technology stack Amazing teamwork and collaboration across the whole business MACRO-managing : A lot of trust with employees and freedom to work with minimal supervision Creative encouragement Your voice gets heard, in fact ITS EXPECTED.

      Your best is always expected and encouraged. A lot of responsibility at times, but manageable.
