Pros

It is a job.

Cons

Worked at the site in Simi Valley, CA for over three years. The perks are few, except for the benefits like medical & dental insurance, 401k, etc. provided thru Bank of America, which are above average. No opportunities for advancing let alone a decent annual raise. This has to be the cheepest company I have ever worked for. The upper managment tends to promote people to team leaders & managers without the proper training; inconsistant & unprofessional management styles. There is a lot of nepotism throughout. My manager had her relative on her own team. Everyone there seems to have multiple relatives working in various departments. Lots of favoritism. There is a high percentage of people including the managers who speak to each other about business related issues in spanish. This is not only unprofessional but extremely rude! The metrics used for performance expectations are very unrealistic, which keeps the employees constantly stressed out. I would not recommend working at this company.
