Pros

Recruit UK offer exceptional training opportunities, continually mentoring and supporting all employees in all roles and levels within the business. They guide you through the steps required to become successful in your position, and it is clear from the amazing salary and bonus scheme incentives that this works. Rather than a sink or swim environment that is common in the industry, management work closely with each employee to develop them to the best of their ability. Working hours operate between 8-5, and we are encouraged to leave work at the door to ensure a good work/life balance. The environment is lively, engaging and fun- and the managers/directors enjoy a laugh too!

Cons

A central based location in Bristol means that we are located right next to St Nics food market- not ideal if you are trying to diet!

Cons

Cliche, but the office is near St.Nicks market and plenty of other food markets.
