The people at this company seemed nice at first, but they are quick to dismiss you if you don’t come from a “upper class” family. I’d think that by now considering it’s 2021 they would be more diverse and inclusive.
Cons
Felt there was a lot of dishonesty that happened and lack of transparency, yet they are always trying to advertise themselves as being such a good company. It also seemed very off putting how much some people at this company would make fun of other employees at other locations. One case happened to be someone with a physical disability.
Honestly there are no pros considering that this is a very unprofessional agency and the lack of honesty when dealing with people is unbearable. Steer clear of this shady place. It's common to come across people's profiles who worked at rim for a short period of time and then nothing for a little while after until they find a new, much better job in most cases. I'm sorry, but if this is such a great place to work like all these fake positive reviews say then why is there so much turnover in their employees. Oh and you're not going to tell me that there were that many recruiters in the last 3 years that were unfit for the job because I'm not buying it. Gave Sean Kogan a thumbs up because I really don't think he's to blame :).
Cons
See above and plus I had the pleasure of having stuff thrown at me and being yelled at on a regular basis! Yeah real professional ;) and no I really didn't suck at my job.
