      Wonderful opportunity to take holidays outside of main campaign times Business clothes allowance Friendly fun team that genuinely get on Strong work ethic yet informal non corporate office enviroment at the same time

      Pros

      Holiday pay is included. They are nice people to work with.

      Cons

      You have to be really flexible with shift times and it can be a trek to get to work.

      Lots of Culture Not a Lot of Benefit

      Pros

      Lots of company "corporate" culture, team building, lunches, networking events. Lots of value propositions but poor execution.

      Cons

      Heavily reliant on drinking and alcohol, no room for growth or upward mobility. It's almost a pyramid scheme with the tops getting all the commissions for our hard work. Not accommodating to work/life balance or having a family. Not much inclusion, it's a club for rich people.
