1.The HR team doesn't give the employee offer letter or any legal papers during the joining dates. 2. No job responsibilities and duties are told to the employees. 3. No tax deduction sheet is provided to the employee. 4 candidates who are hired on contract basis are not given any contract papers to be signed on even after 2 months of work durations. 5.work environment is very suffocating and unhygienic wash rooms at new Delhi division. 6.The candidates are push towards mental depression and are forced to vacate the office premises without any official termination mails or relieving papers,everything is verbal communications. 7. No punctuality in maintained from the management team to open the office in time, which results in deduction of salary from employees. 8 HR team is not supportive towards the employees.

_of 40 to 50 people only 2 to 3 people are actually into AAA games,others just don't bothered with it, even the management doesn't encourage employees with games playing. _low pay _biased management _too much politics in the upper management _management's hope vs execution (e.g.: Witcher 3 vs pizza maker,bag maker) _I have seen some talented people leaves because of their frustration. _they treat employees like school students _bad work culture _rigid office rules _No tax deduction sheet is provided to the employee _some inexperienced robotic people those are completely okay with slavery.
