going through implementation and updates to very outdated systems. Plans to get better in the future. Very slow.

Cons

They are about 15 years behind other companies in updating systems and modernization. Employee manual hasn't been updated since 2014. Corporate employees are not give holidays like MLK or Veteran's day off yet expected to be in office 5 days a week - no flexibility.
