Hi, We welcome your feedback. The majority of your claims are incredibly vague and have no basis, and therefore we are unable to investigate. We are a professional, registered company with a client portfolio containing both Fortune 100 and 500 companies, something which we wouldn't have if we were "shady". Promotions are based on individuals performance and therefore people progress at their own pace. We are regularly promoting people into different roles so we are surprised you never experienced this. We would certainly like to investigate your claims about identity theft, however again there is no factual information provided, please get in touch with the office to provide details. We make sure we provide everyone with the necessary materials to ensure they can do their job to the best of their abilities. We pride ourselves on the time and energy we invest into the people we work with and we are disappointed to hear you didn't enjoy your experience. Kind Regards.
