It is a small company with a really great culture. Everyone there is really sharp, and they clearly care about doing a great job every day. There are plenty of office-planned activities to participate in, but nobody feels "forced" to. There is currently a really nice work-life balance.
My manager was really wonderful! Very straight forward and approachable with a wonderful ability to view situations in a clear and strategic way.
The small size of the company allows for a lot of opportunity to work on many different projects and learn new things.
Cons
Nothing negative to say, I really enjoyed my time here!
Great creative atmosphere, flexable schedules, pave your own path, and opportunities to work on big name accounts.
Cons
Poor leadership with little-to-no direction, low-range salaries, tons of turn-over, creative dept is far more advanced than brand mgmt dept, and questionable ethics.
