Pros

Co workers are nice, office environment feels friendly with a good bit of competition. The work itself is fairly simple, they are just not upfront about it.

Cons

You are expendable, they will fire you without explanation because they hire weekly. You’ll notice everyone their has only been there a few months. They teach a whole “growth and advancement” program to own your own business but it feels weird and doesn’t offer real job growth, no matter what you’re just gonna sell phones. They will lie about payment, ads for hiring say 700-1100 dollars a week but that’s only commission. They pay you hourly which is about 300 dollars a week and you’re lucky to make even 600-700 in commission. You’re just going to be standing in store selling at&t phone plans, 7 days a week. Training program barely teaches anything, whole company weirdly feels like a pyramid scheme.

Pros

Red Mountain Events is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The company truly cares for making my job interesting and my coworkers are some of the best. The workplace is casual, our managers are accessible and the work environment is great. The work environment is fast paced, which means of a lot of changes but If you are able to multitask and work within a team, this would be a good fit.

Cons

Organization could be better, especially with the upper management team. But that could also contribute to the multi-tasking, fast- paced environment. Within the growth and advancement opportunities here, a work\life balance can be hard to figure out.

Pros

Cool people to work with

Cons

Job I applied for was nothing like in the description. The pay was significantly less. You are paid $10 an hour or your commission check which ever is higher. You will work at a Sam's club, Target, etc. and sale AT&T products. Hours are during the week 8:30am-6:00pm then weekends are 11am-7pm. The company feels like a pyramid scheme. Very high turnover rate they interview tons of people every week.
