RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Red Recruit full-time for more than a year
Pros
Since I began at Red Recruit I've met some of the best people. Everyone is friendly and more than happy to help. I started as a resourcer and I'm now a consultant after I was pushed to achieve my best and progress in my career. Very happy to be working here!
Cons
Parking is often difficult and can result in having to park on the road sometimes. But this does not happen often.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Red Recruit full-time for more than a year
Pros
Literally none, I hated every second
Cons
All of the reviews on here are fake and people were told what to write by management, this is definitely the worst recruitment company in Witham, I have never worked somewhere so unprofessional, I don’t know how it’s still open, candidates are treated terribly and lied to, the legalities are very questionable and the management is a joke I quit as soon as I was able to
Continue readingThank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate all forms of feedback. Good, bad and ugly, so that we can improve on performance. As you can see prior to your review, we only had 6 reviews, and at the time of those reviews we had over 20 staff members. None of which were required to leave a review and all reviews left were anonymous and had no involvement from management in what was to be written. Our reviews are testament to how our candidates are treated and although we are not always perfect, it shows how we are continually professional, open and transparent with them throughout the recruitment process. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We’d love to talk to you so that we can understand why you feel the way you do after not working with Red for over 2 years. Best regards, Red Recruit Ltd
