    Dont work here, pay checks are short, owners temper is shorter.

    Pros

    Very few pros of working here, you will have little oversite, but any issues with terrible designs will be your problem.

    Cons

    This is a terrible place to work, your paychecks will always be short and without a check stub.

    Pros

    They create museum installations, so the work is interesting, there is potential travel to install exhibits as a shop worker

    Cons

    Many people in management were taking on other job titles and responsibilities that they didn't have time or energy for. The negative energy around the shop affected the environment heavily.

    Pros

    The work is never uninteresting, always customized design. When not under stress the culture is enjoyable.

    Cons

    There are are some errors in communication and there has been struggle with retaining employees. Under stress the culture can become difficult Of course COVID has impacted it greatly.

    Pros

    Extremely talented exhibit fabricators, department heads and shop foreman. Plenty of opportunities for fabricators and managers looking for a challenge.

    Cons

    Upper management difficult to work with. Career growth limited by small size of the company.
