-very low pay
-poor treatment of employees
-tried to make up for this poor treatment with embarrassing tactics like the party planning committee to keep "morale up" (morale was never up)
-racist and sexist management
-racist and sexist co-workers
-unhealthy work life balance for many employees, especially project managers who worked well well over 40 hours a week
-barely any paid time off and no one was allowed to work from home other than the "work from home" employees
-employees were forced to come in on dangerous snow days
-we did not get christmas eve off
-many old systems were in use because management did not want to pay for new better systems
-there was not a scanner in the giant warehouse and the warehouse had little available to them to fix shipment issues
-the directors were almost all older white men lacking in cultural sensitivity
-employees played their terrible music incredibly loud for everyone to hear
- when family members of coworkers were sick or died they barely got any time off and it certainly was not paid
-employees with serious and grave illness were forced to "pay back" the company for their vacation days used for treatment
-the raise system was completely bogus and did not account for inflation
-communication was overall terrible
-most importantly, DO NOT WORK HERE, i understand the appeal of working in music, but you are MUCH BETTER OFF WORKING SOMEWHERE ELSE
