      Pros

      Great opportunities for development. Opportunity to work with experienced people at the top of their field. Friendly, supportive place to work where for the first time I feel that management really care about their employees. Hard work and effort is regularly rewarded. Best move I ever made. Worked here nearly 3 years.

      Cons

      Company has recently grown fast so there has been growing pains. Ongoing plans to address these though.
