      Pros

      Surrounded by lots of technical experts allowing great peer knowledge share. General culture is very good, with social budgets provided to project teams for meals and social events. Pay is good but with Accenture acquisition bands will come in and the impact of this is still unknown.

      Cons

      Redundancy was handled in a slightly chaotic way, but ultimately people left with a good deal to ensure nobody was thrown into a bad situation. Accenture acquisition has thrown out a lot of unknowns that still need to be worked out and passed on. Pay, benefits, performance management all still not confirmed.
