Pros

Maybe a place to start if you are a junior looking to gain some experience.

Cons

- not even a room to have lunch. There is a small kitchen, with no place to sit down to eat. Everybody heats its lunch in microwave and come to eat at his desk. - salary freezing since 2008 - toxic environment with a lot of politics

Pros

It's a high technology company, with proprietary patents in a growth industry. Many colleagues are top notch people. The brightest and the best. If you have a good report that defends and protects you it can be a good place to work.

Cons

It's a work-camp. Everything is a panic. Poor planning. Management does not mean what they say. They are for the most part arrogant and incompetent. Bonuses, as with AIG, are paid first to the chiefs, then if anything is left over employees might get something. Not focused on growing the company organically. Highly political environment. Adversarial relationships are encourages by management. The employee that screams the loudest usually gets their way.

Pros

Some great people to work with and great wireless technologies being worked on.

Cons

Toxic working environment , executive team touts collaboration and team work but doesn't deliver this in day to day interactions. The top sales leaders are the worst for this, with interactions often devolving into the blame game , stressing out the rest of the team.
