People are not treated the same No growth opportunities

Promises of promotions can take a while to fulfill. Pay rises are too few and far between Upper management have lost touch with the workers at times

Inconsistent internal system. e.g. QA/QC, asset management etc.

Environment can be quite difficult at times

This company hires people but not nice to make them wait months to go back but hires more in.the mean.time now how is that possible should be a law how long you wait to be called back can't go to ei or quit to have your ei taken from you this company needs a hard slap in the face

Working away from home is difficult at times

Communication can be better. Office politics are ever present

Sometimes can be toxic environment.
