Pros

Most people are friendly, job is in midtown

Cons

Owner is not concerned that regular employees are under paid and the benefits are above most non management employee salaries. Time off that is given is a limited. Owner chooses not to communicate company status to employees.

Pros

Working alongside smart, capable engineers. If you want to climb the ladder, there are opportunities to contribute to high-visibility projects (mainly bc every project is a make-it or break-it for the HQ office)

Cons

Longterm stability for engineering in the HQ office is questionable.
