Staff in branches can be great. Middle management visit branches very little

Cons

Management at area level is questionable to say the least, they dont come to the branches often at all and are very out of touch. There is a clear click and if your not in it, hard luck. Unprofessional comments are a regular. Negotiators have also been known to have to be paid a top up some months as commission may not be enough to meet minimum wage requirements.
