Pros

Is still one of the few newspapers in Mexico that offer acceptable salaries and some benefits (this is changing rapidly, though) and is one of the even fewer newspapers that haven't totally sell its conscience to power, so that is something to be proud about as an employee. There are actual grow opportunities.

Cons

The good salaries and benefits are dissapearing, they don't care about the wellbeing of their employees (they'll make you work more than 16 hours a day if they want, and don't pay you extra or give you a day off afterwards), they do some nasty things as fire pregnant women through 'arrengements' and they don't take seriously sexual harrassment issues.
