Pros

Well growing company, manufacturing atypical devices using a technology known for decades by physicians.

Cons

The direction is unstable. All decisions are changed each 2-3 days for subjective reasons, without perspective in durability since the company exists. It may impact the safety of products. No discipline in top management and many unfair treatments in the personnel.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment, unethical leadership who lies, cheats and steals. Treat all employees poorly, push them to work against each other, lie to customers and partners in order to steal their business. Delays payments for months after they actively work to poach your own business and customers. Constantly cut commissions. Lie to your face. Have no strategies in place, extremely poor leadership who lacks experience on how to run a business in this industry and have no clue what they are doing.

the industry potential is the only positive aspect of this company, but even this is not very well exploited.

Cons

Lack of organization, vision and strategy. Decisions are taken without any previous analysis or strategy in a hierarchic way. No respect for employees. Salaries under average and frequently paid not on time.
