Great vibe and atmosphere in a successful company. Bonus has always been hit (expect one period), and overall it's a great place to work. Senior management are supportive of the wider team, and the founders genuinely care about their employees and are always looking to improve the business. There is an overarching fairness of being treated like a grown-up which pervades throughout (not always the case in media in my experience). The business is growing and can be fast paced, (so might not be for everyone). There are great company perks - free food and drink, lunch sessions, seasonal events, overseas offsite and away days.
