      Amazing Company With True Growth Marketing Experience

      Pros

      -They have both a service and investment side so we will put our money behind our services when it makes since with well timed funding. This makes the long-term outlook of the company pretty great. -Great office with a lot of unique perks. -A team that truly cares about each others and client success.

      Cons

      -Being able to perform and not just be a cog in the wheel is important here. If you are confident that you will work hard and always learn to be better it's a great fit. If you are looking for a cushion job this would not be a fit.

      Pros

      Flexibility, work from the office or elsewhere after probationary period. Solid benefits package, insurance, 401k with match, HSA, PTO, and more paid holidays than most employers. Team culture - volleyball, volunteering, and getting a voice in the company's charitable donations.

      Cons

      Less a con of the company, but expect to have to be adaptable as digital marketing continues to change with SGE/AI etc.
