      Exciting being part of a growing start-up company. Can see further growth and opportunities coming. Desire to give chances to people within the company. Flat communication structure - easy to communicate throughout the company. Meritocracy - deliver results and you get rewarded

      Pace of change is probably not for everyone - can be challenging to deal with changing processes.

      - Client-focused industry disrupter that thrives on and inspires innovation - continuously listening to clients and employees to drive positive change - Hires amazing talent and I love working alongside a strong, committed, friendly and highly skilled team. - Start-up ethos and high growth company that's constantly changing, evolving and adapting better processes and tools across all functions - Working and partnering with large global companies (tech, pharma, professional services, retail, the list goes on) - Super organised company compared to other start-ups I've worked with - Collaborative space where everyone’s learning from each other at a fast pace - Working with a Technology team that is taking DSP to a completely new level - Committed leadership who care for their employees, especially visible during pandemic breakout

      - High growth means wearing a lot of hats and working long hours but always great to be solving problems with dedicated employees and leaders that have built a product and company that prioritizes people
